This was a commissioned order: fan pull requested in whites/neutral colors--really
Do you accept commissioned work?
Yes. Commissioned work means that you are hiring me to design a piece of jewelry for you: both the beads themselves as well as the finished piece of jewelry are products of my own artistic vision--there is no partner work in commissioned jewelry beyond my learning the basic preferences of your order (color, style, length). If you're thinking, "I like the style of your bumpy beads, and I'd like a single-strand necklace in pinks/blues/lavendars with beads not too big. About 22" long should do it," then you're an ideal "commissioned work" customer, and I'm happy to have this discussion with you! Please contact me at leahholmes@hotmail.com, or simply use the "Contact Form: on my website to send me a note describing what you'd kind of piece you'd like and what price range you're interested in.
Do you accept custom-order work?
No. Custom work involves the planning and design of a piece of jewelry on the part of both the designer and the buyer in a partnership--in a collaborative effort to bring the piece to fruition. I am not, at this time, accepting custom loose bead orders or custom jewelry orders. Please find my designs for sale in the following 4 venues: The Bead Shak in Long Beach; Hillyer House in Ocean Springs; the New Orleans Art Museum, and here on my wesbite in the days ahead. Thank you for your continued support of my glass bead designs!
